The production process at 9AM Coffee is a meticulous journey from bean to cup, ensuring each batch of coffee we produce is of the highest quality and reflects the authentic taste of Vietnamese coffee.
1. Bean Selection and Preparation
We begin byselecting the finest robusta and arabica beansfrom Vietnam’s coffee regions. Each bean is carefully chosen for its quality, flavor profile, and potential to create the perfect cup of coffee. The beans are thencleaned and sorted, preparing them for the roasting process.
2. Roasting
Our roasting magic blends tradition with technology, focusing on small batches foreven roasting and optimal flavor. We fine-tune temperature and timing to enhance each bean’s unique profile, frombold robustatomild arabica, ensuring their distinctive flavors shine through.
3. Cooling and Quality Control
Post-roasting, the beans are quickly cooled to halt the roasting process and preserve their flavors.Quality control is paramount at this stage, with each batch undergoing thorough inspection to ensure it meets our stringent standards.
4. Grinding and Packaging
Once the beans have passed quality control, they are eitherpackaged as whole beansto retain their freshness or ground to specific consistencies suited for various brewing methods. Our packaging is designed to maintain the beans’ freshness and flavor, ensuring that every cup of coffee brewed is as rich and flavorful as intended.
